SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

In the US:
Orders up to $50.00 ship for $5.
Orders from $51-100 ship for $8.
Free shipping in the US for all orders over $100.

International orders ship for a fixed rate of $20.

Orders ship from Monday to Friday from our home base in Long Beach. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. Please allow up to 2 weeks for standard delivery.

If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you by e-mail. Most backorders ship within 2 weeks.

RETURNS:

All sales are final and non-refundable with the exception of returns based on defect or size exchange.

KVLT unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace defective items or issue a refund for any defective item you wish to return.

If you're not satisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item, don't hesitate to return it and choose any item in another size or color. We will gladly exchange any item that you're not completely happy with.

Please note the following limitations:
-Items must be returned within 45 days of purchase.
-Swimwear, bodysuits, unitards, intimates, and sale items cannot be returned unless defective.
-Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
